A collaboration between the Department of Artistic Strategies and the Art x Science School
for Transformation with brut Wien
As part of the Angewandte Festival, a temporary collective of students and
artists will take over the spaces of brut nordwest. Visitors are invited to spend an afternoon exploring and experiencing
their works - an invitation to engage with a range of artistic strategies and perspectives.
Places
to rest, tools of work and production, partitions of space, sockets of authority or silent obedience. How do they mold our
bodies, our culture? Take a seat and watch, as students of the BA program Transformation Studies. Art x Science dissect these
antagonisms – using their own bodies to examine the sediment that our sedentary society is built upon – in a series of performances.

Accessibility
Parts of the project takes place in rehearsal rooms on
the 1st floor. They are only accessible via a staircase. There is no elevator available. A barrier-free toilet is located
on the ground floor.
