At
the Open House, we invite you to explore the studios and workshops of the University of Applied Arts Vienna and to learn more
about our diverse study programmes. Students and faculty will engage directly with visitors of all ages who are interested
in studying at the Angewandte or who would simply like a deeper insight into our buildings and activities. In personal conversations,
you will gain insights into everyday student life and hear first-hand experiences. In addition, some departments offer the
possibility of online meetings.
Visit The departments’ Open
Studios can be visited from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Students and faculty will be on site to answer questions about studying and
daily life at the university. Beyond the Open Studios, an additional programme of information sessions will be offered.
At the Infopoint at Vordere Zollamtsstraße, students will provide information and help visitors find their way around the
buildings. There will also be short input presentations and guided tours through the various buildings will start there throughout
the day. For those unable to attend in person, some departments will offer online meetings. The accompanying programme beyond
the Open Studios (10:00 am–6:00 pm) will be available online from mid-October at
openhouse.uni-ak.ac.at.
