From 30 to 31 May 2026, Vienna
COMIX WEEK will fill the whole city with a comic-book atmosphere. The special programme includes numerous comic-book presentations,
featuring, among others, Mia Oberländer (Saloon – Das ist Familiensache), Aleksandar Zograf and Marko Dinić, Nina Prader,
and Lucie Lučanská.
Visitors can also look forward to exhibitions such as “34 Years of Stripburger” (Ljubljana, Slovenia),
a retrospective of the Bilderberger collective (Berlin), Ivana Armanini/KOMIKAZE, the Vienna Underground Comix Day & Night
at the Literaturhaus Wien, as well as a number of workshops.
Partners and venues include: Literaturhaus Wien,
Vienna Main Library, Galerie ADA, Galerie VAM – Vienna Art Market, Hyrtlstudios, Wattworks Studios, Schule für Dichtung, Studio
Date, Garage Grande in Ottakring and the Breitenseer Lichtspiele.
Admission to all Vienna COMIX WEEK events is
free.
