Tasks

The Office of Student Affairs provides information about study programmes at the Angewandte, and supports applicants and students in all study-related issues, from admission through to graduation.

Its areas of activity include:

  • Advising applicants about current study programmes, admission requirements and tuition fees,

  • Advising students on all study-related matters as well as providing information about study regulations,

  • Initial registrations and continuations,

  • Input and ongoing updating of curricula (study plans),

  • Entering and managing examination results (course certificates),

  • Review of entry requirements for final and doctoral examinations,

  • Processing of graduation certificates, notifications of the award of academic degrees, diploma examination certificates, MA, BA and course completion certificates as well as diploma supplements,

  • Review and processing of applications for a waiver/refund of tuition fees,

  • Processing applications for performance and promotion scholarships.
